Aus diesem Grunde schaute ich mir also die US-Folgen der 4.Staffel an und was sehe ich da?
Schleichwerbung von EVIAN in der Pegasusgalaxis (siehe Bild aus Stargate-Atlantis 4×04 Doppelgänger)!
Witzig auch, dass die beiden Flaschen so auffällig auf dem Tisch stehen und in mehreren Einstellungen überdeutlich zu sehen sind… Wenn man nach EVIAN+Atlantis googelt findet man allerdings nix - sollte sich das Atlantis-Team da einen Scherz erlaubt haben?
Jewel macht sich in der Serie jetzt übrigens ganz gut - nach ihren ersten Auftritten hatte ich so meine Bedenken. Aber der Charakter der neuen Ärztin Dr. Keller entwickelt sich jetzt sehr gut - ein guter Ersatz für den so beliebten Dr. Carson Beckett (aber der kam noch im Vorspann!).
 Tragisch in dieser Folge auch, dass ein anderer beliebter Nebencharakter sterben musste: Dr. Kate Heightmeyer, gespielt von Clair Ranking. Sie war die Psychologin auf Atlantis und damit eine echte Neuerung. Irgendwie hatte ich auch in Erinnerung, dass die Figur aus Deutschland stammen sollte - habe mich da wohl aber getäuscht. Laut Stargate-Wiki stellt Deutschland nur ein paar unbedeutende Wissenschaftler(-innen) und Wachpersonal…
Wie ich darauf kam? Nun, ich hatte erst immer “Heidmayer” oder so verstanden und das kling ja deutsch, außerdem stammt ja Siegmund Freud aus Deutschland, oder? Und irgendwie sieht die Darstellerin doch deutsch aus, oder nicht? Habe aber jetzt alle Folgen mit ihr durchgescannt und sie hat nie die Uniformjacke an, auf der man die Flagge sehen könnte…
